By using Intel Realty’s platform (web or mobile), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

• You must register using accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Intel Realty reserves the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity or violation of terms.

• Only list properties that are genuine, available, and correctly described.
• Avoid spam, misleading listings, or abusive communication.
• Use the platform for professional purposes only.

• Use the platform to search and connect with verified brokers.
• Do not misuse communication tools (e.g., spam, harassment).
• Respect broker time and avoid fraudulent inquiries.

• No data scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of APIs.
• Do not upload harmful or malicious content.
• Intel Realty may limit access, modify content, or suspend services without prior notice for violations.

Brokers opting for paid features (e.g., visibility, lead unlocks) are subject to our Subscription Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned. Payments are processed on behalf of Intel Realty by its founder, Dhruv Baghel.

All communication must happen via in-app chat/call tools. Direct sharing of personal contact info is discouraged unless mutually agreed.

All content, branding, UI/UX, and proprietary tech on Intel Realty are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Intel Realty is a platform provider and not a party to any real estate transactions. We do not guarantee property quality, transaction outcomes, or broker performance.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
